Source of Materials: Margaret Sanger Microfilm Edition, Margaret Sanger Papers, Library of Congress, and other gathered visual materials.

This site will mount diary and journal entries written by Margaret Sanger on her travels in Germany in 1920, Asia in 1922, the Soviet Union in 1934, India in 1936, and Japan and India in 1952 and 1959. Documents will be reproduced as images and transcribed, and will be annotated with identifications of people, places and events discussed as well as period images from a variety of other archives and contemporary newspaper coverage of Sanger's journeys.
